If Veilprint shows disconnected
- Open this page in Google Chrome.
- Confirm the Veilprint extension is installed and enabled.
- Refresh this page after installing or updating the extension.
If protection stays off
Open Chrome’s extension details for Veilprint and enable Allow User Scripts. Then return here and refresh the page.
About regional refresh
A refresh interval must be between 30 and 10,080 minutes. The provider token is optional and remains in the extension’s local storage.
